Okanagan International Film Festival and Forum

A Gathering of Cinema, Culture and Creativity

October 15–18, 2026

Four days of film, industry events, and community celebration bringing together storytellers, creators, and audiences from across the Okanagan and around the world.

Presented by the Okanagan TV & Film Industry Society, OKIFF brings Canadian and international cinema to the Okanagan.
The festival will showcase distinctive storytelling across narrative, documentary, short-form and experimental film categories, connecting global voices with local audiences.

Festival programming will include film screenings, filmmaker Q&As, industry panels, networking opportunities and community-focused events.

OKIFF also includes the Okanagan TV & Film Industry Forum, creating space for filmmakers, the Next Generation and emerging talent, industry professionals and audiences to exchange ideas, build connections and explore the growing television and film sector in the region. Through storytelling and shared experiences, OKIFF aims to expand perspectives, encourage meaningful
conversation and strengthen the creative community in the Okanagan Region.

Better Man Concert

Better Man Concert with Rusty Crows

Following the success of last year’s Better Man Concert, we’re bringing the community together again for a night that celebrates and supports the mental health organizations in our community.

Because of your support, last year’s concert helped contribute to the works of Foundry Kelowna (operated by CMHA Kelowna & District), and the Canadian Men’s Health Foundation (CMHF). Foundry Kelowna provided 10,224 appointments and supported 1,639 unique clients, helping more young people and families access free mental health services. The Canadian Men’s Health Foundation also delivered 58 virtual counselling sessions with your support.

Those numbers represent real people – young people finding hope, men reaching out for support, and families connecting to care in our community.

Better Man is more than a concert. It is a fundraiser designed to help improve access to mental health services and support for boys and men in our community. Its’s about creating conversations, strengthening connections, and reminding men that they need not face life’s challenges alone.

Come for the music. Stay for the community.

This event is organised and led by the Arborwise Community Fund in support of the Canadian Men’s Health Foundation, and CMHA Kelowna & District’s Not Alone: Bridging the Gap Campaign to bring a Foundry centre to the Westside.
